Our Training Camp was divided into 3 separate categories launched in three separate phases starting with phase I and ending with phase III.

PHASE I - Trait Exchange

Users are able to send in their Otaku NFT + a Trait NFT that you own in order to upgrade your Otaku with a completely new trait.

Currently, we have introduced multiple new traits into the trait pool through raffles and stealth mints. Traits will be limited and will directly affect the rarity of your Otaku making common Otakus rarer and legendary otakus even more epic! The Trait NFT that you send alongside your Otaku will be burned in order to create your new and improved Otaku.

You are only able to send 1 Otaku paired with 1 trait to accomplish an upgrade. However, you will be able to send that same Otaku again with a different trait NFT once it has returned from training.

PHASE II - Fusions

Scenario A - You are able to send two Otaku NFTs into training camp in order to create a fused Otaku! For each category (head, weapon, face accessory, etc.) the rarer of the two traits will have a 70% probability of survival while the more common of the two will only have a 20% probability of survival.

This means that per each category there will be a 10% chance that your Otaku receives a trait from the pool of new traits being created weekly. Because there are 7 separate categories (excluding background) fusing your two otakus will not only guarantee a rarer otaku but will also give you a 70% chance of getting a completely newer and rarer trait that neither of the first two otakus had.

Scenario A Cost - 0 $OTAKU

Scenario B - For those of you that aren’t feeling so lucky you can go with scenario B instead. In this scenario, you will be able to send two Otaku NFTs into training camp in order to create a fused Otaku. The catch is that instead of relying on luck you will get to pick the trait you prefer your otaku to keep.

Scenario B Cost - 300 $OTAKU

With fusion, we are introducing a deflationary aspect to our collection that will accomplish a healthy decrease in the total supply of otakus over time.

PHASE III - First Powered-Up Anime NFTs

By paying a fee in $OTAKU you are able to send away your Otaku in an attempt to make them ‘stronger’. If the training is successful then your Otaku will return powered-up with his own unique aura.

This powered-up Otaku will increase in rarity (based on the original rarity of Otaku), and generate higher returns on staking. If the training is unsuccessful you will receive your original Otaku back.

Limited Supply - Originally, only 1000 Otakus will have the privilege of receiving this exclusive power-up.

Training Tips

• Fused Otakus have 100% odds regardless of the selected option

• Otakus send with Golden Tickets also have 100% odds

• Sending with Golden Ticket guarantees a Golden Aura

• Select 2000 $OTAKU option for 60% odds

• Select 4000 $OTAKU option for 80% odds

An Otaku attends Training Camp for a period of 3 days. During this time your Otaku will be locked and you won’t be able to list or stake him.
