Our DAO is established with a purpose, to create a more genuine and intimate relationship between comic creators and consumers, and is the core of our project.

By funding indie artists and authors to generate comic stories we hope to establish a mechanism where our users feel connected to the stories being created and the creators can more closely understand the community that is consuming their work.

The DAO is funded by

• 25% of secondary sales royalties

• 25% of all ز comic book series sales

• A percentage of profit from all ز Studios Activities

The mission

The main mission of the DAO is to fund emerging indie artists and authors so that they can launch their first editions. The DAO will receive artist applications directly on our website.

Currently, authors tend to receive only 20% - 30% of the revenue generated from their own work. We think this is crazy so we're flipping the model! The DAO will receive a 25% royalty over the co-published indie artists, benefitting both the author and ensuring that we can fund more amazing stories!
